They messed up today, twice. No self serve napkins and they failed to put some on the tray. We asked for 2 containers if white milk but gave us chocolate so my dinner involved two trips back to the counter. Someone is not trying hard enough.
So last night on Wednesday August 16th my boyfriend and I walked in for a late dinner at about 7:30pm. The place had a few people sitting eating and one man waiting that had ordered. There was garbage on the floors and a trail of dirt from the door on. We waiting for 5 minutes and no one acknowledged us. The young man waiting on the kitchen kept his back to us and just kept calling into the kitchen on orders. We decided to just leave and outside were two of the management sitting at a table watching videos on a phone. Pretty freaking by terrible service or lack there of. I've gotten used to them forgetting my sauce every other time but last night was my last visit. I worked at a McDonald's in highschool 10 years ago and seriously cannot believe how much it has changed for the worse.
I ordered 5 simple hamburgers(extra onions) and 2 apples pies. They were out of apples pies and it took them between 10 & 15 minutes to complete my order... FOR 5 SMALL HAMBURGERS! And they forgot the asked extra onions!!
Friday night: OMFG.
AVOID ON FRIDAY NIGHTS, AWFUL SERVICE AND SLOW WORKERS WHO DON'T CARE!

Terrible service, in the past 3 times going to this location I have had my order messed up each and every time, the wait time is crazy! This morning I stopped for just a coffee there was at least 15 people standing there still waiting on food. After ten minutes of waiting for someone to come and take my order I got fed up and just left.
Trash cans full, dirty tables and floor.
They never get anything right when you order... Always have to go back and get the order corrected. Not worth going to... Easier to go to Brockville instead
Nothing but great service. Thumb up to Barb, always had great and fast service with her.
I am now back for said coffee and have been sittin in a row of 2 cars for the past ten minutes waiting for a coffee no wonder they have to put the coffee on sale for a dollar, otherwise it wouldn't be worth the wait, I could have went to Tim Hortons and would have spent less in the in the waisted fuel
