My initial call was greeted by a friendly receptionist. I gave my name and number for a sales member to call me back. A few days went by and no call so I called back and left my name and number again. I got a call back later that evening around 5pm.
Few retailers have the Kraus line that has beautiful and solid products for a reasonable price. Order was filled and shipped very rapidly. Mike is very responsive.
I spoke with Christy and she was very nice. I was given an email address to send my details too, which I did, but, I never got a reply. I called back about 1 week later and was told that the email address I was given was valid but not checked regularly. I was then given another email address to which was checked on a regular basis. I got a call from Mike promptly after the second send.
