Conveniently located to downtown and waterfront. Reasonably priced. Rooms spacious and very clean. Very nice outside pool. Fabulous breakfast.

Just got here this afternoon, so I haven't had breakfast yet, but this is a very charming B & B with a very nice host. The town of Prescott is small, and everyone I've had contact with has been very nice!
One of the most gorgeous inn's i have had the pleasure to stay in. The new owner welcomed us very warmly. The room was amazing. Slept very well. Breakfast next morning was delicious. Two thumbs up. Will definitely be going back there.
